This project was undertaken due to the need for updating and refurbishment. As you can see this extension undertook a complete renovation, including new roofing timbers, roof covering, velux windows, patio doors, new concrete. Total transformation.

This was an old outbuilding which had stood in the customers garden for a number of years unused. Following receiving planning permission we took down the old outbuilding and rebuilt it to create an annex to the customers home. This has provided the customer with an extra living/hobby space. A great addition/value adding space

Kirkbymoorside

Originally this building was two stables and a garage servicing the Old Police Station in Kirkbymoorside. We completely transformed this to include a beautiful large sun room with biofold doors onto paved courtyard area. This was a true transformation for this property
